These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BLGA Wizard Chrome Extension ("Extension"), operated by Automation Wizard LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 163 Highland Ave, Needham Heights, MA 02494. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
Use of the BLGA Wizard Extension is entirely voluntary. Users may choose to use the Extension's free features or opt into paid premium features at their sole discretion. No user is obligated to install or utilize the Extension.
To use the Extension, users must be at least 18 years of age and must create an account providing their name and email address. To access premium features, users must also store valid credit card information via a third-party payment processor that complies with applicable laws and regulations.

This data is securely stored on Automation Wizard’s servers to enhance user experience and support.
The Extension is free to use. Certain premium automation features are offered on a pay-per-use royalty basis. Users will be charged small fees per use of these features.
Billing occurs monthly. Users will receive an invoice and will be billed automatically through the secure third-party payment processor. Users may cancel premium feature access at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: We offer refunds in cases of technical malfunction or erroneous charges. To request a refund, contact us at support@automationwizard.health within 14 days of the charge.
All payment transactions are managed by a third-party payment processor in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards, including PCI-DSS. Use of premium features is subject to the third-party processor’s terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension at our sole discretion and at will, including in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
The Extension, including its source code, design, features, trademarks, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is the sole property of Automation Wizard LLC. Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, license, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Extension.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users assume full responsibility for the results of using the Extension.
Automation Wizard LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount the user paid in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Automation Wizard LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Before initiating arbitration, users agree to first contact Automation Wizard LLC at support@automationwizard.health to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Extension shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall be conducted in Massachusetts.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to Automation Wizard LLC.
You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the Extension or any portion thereof to any country, individual, entity, or end user subject to U.S. export restrictions. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable export laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
Automation Wizard LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet or utility failures, strikes, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, war, government actions, or pandemics.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Sections pertaining to intellectual property, disclaimer and limitation of liability, indemnity, arbitration, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Extension after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
